Hungary ends legal gender recognition for transgender people

2020年5月19日，匈牙利议会通过了对《民事登记程序法》的修正案，将登记中的“性别”一词替换为“出生性别”。这阻止了跨性别者在国家登记中合法更改其性别和姓名，实际上结束了他们的法律性别承认。该修正案歧视跨性别者，违反了宪法和国际人权标准。
